We also appreciated the personal touch—Matt M, the big boss, even came out to shake our hands and thank us, which meant a lot. Connor M. did a great job walking us through the warranty options, even though we ultimately chose not to purchase one. He was thorough and patient, which we really appreciated.
We’ll definitely be back when it’s time for my husband’s next Subaru—which will be his 4th! Highly recommend Ewing Subaru of Plano and their amazing team.
