Unreasonable Bought a used vehicle from this dealership within 10 miles check engine light came on. Brought vehicle back the very next morning. Asked John to take Bought a used vehicle from this dealership within 10 miles check engine light came on. Brought vehicle back the very next morning. Asked John to take vehicle back and return my trade. He refused and stated they would fix it but couldn’t look at it until Monday since service department was closed on weekends. Asked to bring it to Monticello dealership for repair he agreed to do that. Lost work time due to dealership not having a loaner vehicle for me. Vehicle still being worked on at dealership to this day! Bought vehicle in April it’s now getting to the end of July and I still don’t have my vehicle back!! Called Rob Ryan about situation asked to trade my broken vehicle for a similar one at the Monticello dealership, they were unwilling to do that! Todd asked me about coming in to the Buffalo dealership and look at another vehicle. The one they asked me to look at had been sold already. Nobody called me to tell me that information! Looked at another vehicle. John would not work with me on vehicle price even after showing him a dent in the front and large scratches that according to John were not there before! Still don’t have my vehicle I purchased back in April!!!! More
