I took my car in and they stole my cologne. I wrote them an email they got back to be and the tech admitted he seen it and it probably fell out in the wash. Okay fine but my original email was over 2 months an email they got back to be and the tech admitted he seen it and it probably fell out in the wash. Okay fine but my original email was over 2 months ago. I written back twice and no reply sense the first admission of guilt. They obviously don’t care about me bringing back my 549. Horrible customer service and they have either thieves or just people who don’t care. I want a new bottle of cologne. I want the manager to contact me again not contact me then ghost me.
