AVOID AT ALL COST! !! Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever experienced. We bought a certified pre owned from them on a Tuesday by Thursday we have a steering prob !! Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever experienced. We bought a certified pre owned from them on a Tuesday by Thursday we have a steering problem and it keeps flashing that the transmission needs service. This clearly shows that their 100 point inspection that they show you is garbage and none of the cars have actually been gone thru before hitting the lot. I called on Friday and spoke with the sales manager Bailey. Bailey informed me that he will get this taken care of immediately and the service manager would be giving me a call in a few minutes this was at 11:45am. I got a call at 4:45 from a service advisor telling me they couldn’t get the car I bought 48 hours before hand in until the following Friday. This is my wife’s car so she has my kids and herself in it everyday so to think that I should just let her drive it being as the steering and transmission we’re having problems is completely idiotic. The next day I went to meet with the gm because at this point I didn’t want to buy the car anymore cause clearly they sold me a defective car. I told Justin Conover (gm) that I would like to return the car and cancel the deal. He then showed why his last name fits him perfectly and told me he’s not obligated to cancel the deal and could care less about it. This is why I said avoid at all cost if a gm is going to tell you something like that as a customer then I’m willing to bet the whole dealership is that way if the leader is projecting that kind of extremely poor customer service. I made the mistake of not believing the reviews on this place and now look I’m another one in line writing a bad review. I highly recommend Earnhardt Chandler Cadillac. When I purchased my vehicle it was an easy no nonsense quote, no hours and running back and forth to the manager. Since my purchase the service team has sur purchased my vehicle it was an easy no nonsense quote, no hours and running back and forth to the manager. Since my purchase the service team has surpassed my idea of car repair. They always have given me speedy service and more than fair prices on new tires, battery and oil changes. I have purchased my last 4 Cadillac SUVs at this dealership. Every experience has been delightful. I'm an independent, married woman, and not once has anyone asked about my husband. I appreciate the respect and courtesy that simple act means to me. The aftercare has been amazing. I once had a flat tire while 25 miles away from home. Earnhardt sent roadside assistance directly from the dealership to help. There have been several instances I can recite, all more impressive than the last, as to the quality of their service. I highly recommend Earnhardt Cadillac in Gilbert for your next purchase. More

dishonest but overall good deal if you watch them carefully I saw a car listed on carfax, as I was out of state, I was interested and the price was good. I called and talked with Pete. He was helpful, said there were no dents, etc., even took a few pictures. When I had a friend go look at it, however, he took a picture of the car with a baseball size dent in it. When both my husband and I both asked Pete again if there was a dent, he said "no." I then asked for the manager and was transferred to Lee. He was more helpful, but later found out he was not the manager. I was told there were two fobs for the car. My friend said that one of them was not working. I was told by Lee and Justin that it was a dead battery which they didn't carry there but they were sure it was fine. Long story short, I bought the car after making sure they fixed the dent that they said wasn't there. I took the fob into a Lexus dealer upon receiving the car and they told me kindly that the fob did not match the car at all, but was likely pre 2011 as it was an am and the 2015 lexus is an fm. He said there is no way a dealership would not have known this. It would be a $350 dollar fix. Long story short, I bought the car, knowing at the beginning they weren't really honest. I like the car, but the blatant dishonesty for a sale is frustrating. Had I not known someone in Chandler who could look at the car for me, they would have likely sold me a car that needed a new windshield, had a dent, needed new breaks, was out of allignment, ect., and not batted an eye. Frustrating. We called Andy at the shop and he said there was nothing he could do. More
