We worked with Andy Miller in Feb, 2010 to purchase our new 2009 Tucson and have happily dealt with him since for routine maintenance appointments. He has been just great. Everybody at the Dean Team has new 2009 Tucson and have happily dealt with him since for routine maintenance appointments. He has been just great. Everybody at the Dean Team has been ever so friendly and easy to work with. I have been accustomed to dealers and car mechanics who have treated me patronizingly, presume that I know nothing about cars, and want to work only with my husband. Neither Andy nor anyone else at the Dean Team has been like that at all. We can, and have, recommended Andy and the Dean Team wholeheartedly! Andy was very responsive to all my questions and came back with a great deal that made me happy and hopefully the dealership happy. I had started shopping at another dealership that is always playing ad back with a great deal that made me happy and hopefully the dealership happy. Very friendly, fast and thorough. My car was on order. I was called the day the car arrived at the dealership. I scheduled an appointment to pick up the car and I was taken care of as soon as I got there I was called the day the car arrived at the dealership. We shopped at the other Hyundai dealers in the St Louis Area and Dean Team was a breath of fresh air. No Gimmacks, fair trade in, good service.
