Where to begin? I would say finding Andy and my new Mitsubishi was like finding a diamond in the rough. My husband and I had been searching for a luxury SUV for about a month. Everywhere we went we had objections for one reason or another. Color, price, comfort, accessibility for our child, etc. I honestly started out wanted one of the luxury title vehicles such as Volvo, BMW etc but this car the Mitsubishi Outlander takes the cake. From the moment I test drove the SUV with Andy I felt comfortable. None of the other sales people explained the vehicle in so much detail. No wonder I fell in love with this SUV. It was something my husband and I both agreed upon too. In house financing with Kevin Roberts was a piece of cake and we felt comfortable every step of the way with how things were going. I have only ever bought one brand new vehicle ever in my life (rest were use or certified pre owned) and I can tell you that I felt good every step of the way about this transaction. It’s only day for us but I hope to be able to tell you months and years from now that I still feel this way about our experience at Ed Morse thanks to Andy and Kevin.
