I was not happy and this is why: I certainly didn’t get a break on the 2018 Colorado I purchased as well as not getting a fair trade in amount for my 2011 Silverado with 42000 miles. I was given $14500 for m break on the 2018 Colorado I purchased as well as not getting a fair trade in amount for my 2011 Silverado with 42000 miles. I was given $14500 for my truck and then Mohawk Chevy puts it online for $23700. With those practices there will be many pissed off customers as I was. I contacted the owner and out of the blue I am told that my truck is only worth $18000 and sold for $16000.The funny thing is that Mohawk Chevy has close to 20 used trucks for sale and still there but mine was the popular one and sold that quick.In the end I ended paying $32000 for the Colorado. I just received the truck manual today that was missing. I didn’t finance and paid cash, once you do that you are old news! I will not purchase from them again and will not recommend them. Especially when an owner doesn’t even want to talk with an unhappy customer. More

Jude Maydwell and team were excellent, a great experience! My friend and I had a very bad experience at our local Chevrolet dealership. Lucky that prompted me to go on-line and find an almost perfect match fo My friend and I had a very bad experience at our local Chevrolet dealership. Lucky that prompted me to go on-line and find an almost perfect match for the car we were looking for at Mohawk Chevrolet. It was a little over an hour's ride and well worth it. We had an appt set with Jude Maydwell. Jude was a respectful, intelligent, educated awesome sales associate. He made us feel comfortable, made sure any of our questions were addressed and answered. If Jude didn't know the answer, mostly about registering in MA, he went and got the answers. He asked what we wanted for our trade and he came back right in the middle, which was fine with us. The other dealership offered thousands less, which is why I'm happy with Mohawk Chevrolet. While Jude was brining financing paperwork into the office, President/Owner Andy Guelcher came over to introduce himself and thank us for our business. He let me know they also owned Mohawk Honda. In 39 years of buying literally dozens of cars I cannot remember an owner coming over to thank me for my business. Getting the paperwork done took a little long. We understood because of the registering in MA, covid 19 requirements and Jude did tell us a few of the office staff were new and this was their first MA reg. Scott Scarsella was great explaining all finance and legal paperwork and got us a better interest rate than our local banks. Jude introduced us to Josiah Riley, a delivery specialist. Josiah asked if we would like to go through the features of the vehicle. It was about 94 degrees out, so we told him that we were all set. Josiah thanked us for our business and sat talking with us while the final paperwork was getting completed. Josiah was another respectful, professional who added to an already excellent experience. I highly recommend Jude Maydell and the entire team at Mohawk Chevrolet. The hour drive was time well spent More
