I started with Honda of Lincoln April 21st 1997 as a service technician. I had the opportunity to become a salesman a year later and sold for 4 years until becoming our New Car Sales Manager for 17 years then promoted to our General Manager March of 2019. I enjoy working in an environment that has me surrounded by the best people in the business. It has also allowed me to become friends with many of our customers. I am married to my wife Tracy and we have 3 children, Brandon, Jackson, and Ashley. We also have three dogs Daisy, Eva and Elvis. We enjoy going to all of our kids' activites and sporting events. I have interests in motorcycles, classic cars, and of course Husker Football! A few things you might not know about me: Favorite foods? Steak, ribs, brisket, no sea food! Favorite TV shows? I have a 25 Honda Pilot Elite and had a rattle in the trunk area. The service at Honda of Lincoln was incredible. The service writer Grant was all over the issue and even rejected the first atempt to fix trunk area. The service at Honda of Lincoln was incredible. The service writer Grant was all over the issue and even rejected the first atempt to fix it. They finally found that the bolts were lose on the Dynamic Vibration Dampener inside the rear tail gate. That is very impressive work and you can see why this is rated as a Presidential Honda dealership nationally. Outstanding service.. Alexis in sales found part of the issue and then Grant and his service team nailed it Few dealers would have worked it this hard and were committed to top level service. u More
