New Ford I was greeted when I pulled up by Randy Kleine, and he was excellent to work with. I had done some research ahead of time and so I knew what make/ mod I was greeted when I pulled up by Randy Kleine, and he was excellent to work with. I had done some research ahead of time and so I knew what make/ model I wanted along with which features (4wd). Randy knew exactly where on the lot to lead me,explained the differences between the upgraded models (SE vs. Titanium) He was able to show me all the features, from the folding back seats, to the key-less entry and the amazing dash and all the new features. We also worked with Andy Buchanan for our financing and I believe it was Jesse Whitley that also helped with some of our questions about KY and it's taxes and property taxes on the car for the year. They were very helpful and able to answer our questions. More
