Was told and paid for a registration runner. Was assured they would take care of everything. On day 7 the MA grace period expired and I couldn’t drive the car. No sorry, no loaner, just rude. Tried to speak with several Managers, got nowhere. Wasn’t allowed to talk to owner. Sent an email trying to recover the relationship, no response. Will not set foot in there again. More

Everyone at the dealership was helpful. There was just some confusion as to when they would issue me a check. I was first old I would get it when I picked up my new car. Then when I picked up my car I was told it would be mailed to me. I was supposed to meet them at the Jeep dealership to return my old vehicle and when I called to confirm our meeting time I was told that they already returned the vehicle. Then the Jeep dealership called me and said they found my car on the lot w/the keys in it and did not know how it got there. I loved that they registered the car for me, but it would have been nice if they went over the vehicle functions either when I picked up the car or when I went back for the plates. I had to go a third time to meet with someone (who was great) to go over how things worked. More

The problem came after I purchased the vehicle and asked for the spare key. The dealership told me they lost it and promised they would sent “their key guy” to my house to program a key. After weeks of phon for the spare key. The dealership told me they lost it and promised they would sent “their key guy” to my house to program a key. After weeks of phone calls, they have stopped answering me. Now after buying a $60k vehicle, I have to pay for a replacement key and reprogramming for a spare key that they lost. Beware - this how much they care about you. More
