Well it started out Rocky Road because I set in another part of the dealership just sitting for 20 minutes and I called Jason and told him that was there an sat another 20 minutes watching a lot of salesma part of the dealership just sitting for 20 minutes and I called Jason and told him that was there an sat another 20 minutes watching a lot of salesman walking past me taking care there customer so I Decided to get up an ask someone at the window and he directed me to another part of the dealership and that's when I saw Marcus who used to work at McGrath City Hyundai Dealership so he took care of me and we talked about life an my job an then we got down to business and everything work out perfectly and I am so grateful that I met Marcus. He is really a stand up guy an a great an knowledgeable salesman. He was very hospitalitiple and smart and he kept me encouraged an optimistic about me getting a car he kept informed that him & his team was gonna do everything within there power to get me a car an I appreciate that about an so yesterday about 7pm I drove out with a Jeep Renegade 2017 with 32 000 miles an I say cuddos to Marcus for going above and beyond the call of duty. So give Marcus a Raise because he deserves it. More

This place is awful, lured in by low prices and then they slap on theft-deterrents and unnecessary warranties that they refuse to remove. DO NOT buy a car here!!!! Horrible first car buying experience for my 20 year old daughter. McGrath CIty Honda is one of the reasons why used car dealers get a bad name. My daughter did her research and found what she thought was a great deal on a car. Was listed on Car Guru for $14995. By the time she sat down to sign the contract there was an added $800 for a handling and delivery fee and another $1800 for a theft protection device that apparently is added to all of their used cars. Then why are you advertising the car for such a lower price???? She and her 80 year old Grandma were basically scammed and unfortunately being excited about buying this car she signed .Big mistake. I went back a week later and Andrey was able to take off the $800 handling fee but only after I threatened to report them to the Attorney Generals office for price gauging. This dealership is a total scam and I would NEVER recommend anyone to ever go here to buy a car. I did report them to the Attorney General's office mostly because they are taking advantage of innocent people and their practices are unethical. And if you do go here, expect to spend A LOT of time. Terrible customer service and their salesmen are not wearing masks. More
