If I could give zero stars, I would. After confirming multiple times—by phone, text, and email—I drove two hours from Connecticut for an appointment with Andrew, who assured me the car After confirming multiple times—by phone, text, and email—I drove two hours from Connecticut for an appointment with Andrew, who assured me the car was available. Turns out, that was a flat-out lie. I was passed between three different people, each with a different story about the car. Complete waste of my time. To make it worse, he took my license, stuck it in his pocket, and completely forgot to give it back until I asked. No explanation, no apology—just weird and unprofessional. Save yourself the drive and the headache. Go literally anywhere else. More

It started with Andrew, whose caring and compassionate personality made me feel at ease and brought me into the office. That’s where I met George the manager who (on his very first day) helped turn the entire process into reality. We had a deep and genuine conversation about life, simple, yet impactful. That moment showed me these people are far more than just salesmen. Anthony, the sales advisor, was sharp and skillful with the numbers, and to top it all off, Brian, another manager, sealed the deal and made our trip truly memorable.
