Just sent in complete survey, but received noreply sent. Told could not do 8 am apt so made it for 1 pm. Security light not working & battery needed to be jumped for last 3 weeks. Read email next day to find out confirmation on apt was 8 am not 1 pm. Told apt would take 1-3 hours, got call next day at 12:30 pm security light was working, what about battery...not checked yet?? Had car for over 24 hours & original problem not even looked at yet??? Not sure of people listed More

I spoke with Clayton on Friday to schedule my appointment the following Monday. Upon my arrival; I was greeted by Andrew. Both were very professional and helpful. I was told that my tire would be able to be patched then was told it could not. At checkout they told me they actually did patch it I said thanks and then asked to just take a look at it. Ended up it was was told it could not. At checkout they told me they actually did patch it I said thanks and then asked to just take a look at it. Ended up it was not patched at all and I had already been charged and l they put it in the back of my car. If I had not double checked I would have never noticed and been charged with a service that never was delivered. The customer should not have to verify a dealers work and then have to ask for a refund. Really embarrassing - I am hoping they will make it right after reading this as nothing was done for me at the dealer. More
