October 14, 24 from Andrew . As soon as I drove it off the lot the ac stopped working. Then on December 23 the vehicle lost power engine light came on, It barely made it home. I called Andrew the next day and got the runaround, after 3 days of excuses he said the vehicle was not covered by their 3 month xx warranty. The problem ended up being the valve body in the transmission. If you buy from these guys don’t depend on them to stand behind there vehicle!

Unfortunately, there are circumstances of which a vehicle, new or pre-owned, may have an issue after delivery. The a/c issue was immediately addressed and repaired. The valve body in the transmission, should have been addressed by the manufacturer, as they are obligated to stand by their transferable warranty. I’m stating the facts, why offer a warranty on the power train? Is that because you know the manufacture warranty is going to cover it instead of the responsibility being on you? Like I said, I had the vehicle for two months barely. That was the second problem, on top of that once the vehicle was inspected by Chrysler. Both motor mounts had to be replaced. Seems like a scam to me!

In the event that the manufacturer didn’t cover the trans, I would have had to pay out of pocket! I contacted your salesman that sold me the vehicle. I got the runaround for 3 day before you guys said there was nothing you could do. After only have the vehicle for only 2 months. You need to take your xx warranty off your website, cause you don’t stand behind it. I’m proof, it’s a false warranty!
