Be careful buying service plans/warranties on your new Mercedes vehicle. I was the victim of a serious auto accident where my newly purchased GLB250 with upgraded options was completely totaled, and I suf Mercedes vehicle. I visited the dealership later to get a refund on my service plan that was never used and since there was no need for it. The dealership canceled the service plan on the new totaled vehicle right away, however declined to refund my money for the canceled service plan and informed me that Mercedes does not give a refund. It is bad enough to have your newly purchased Mercedes totaled, suffered serious injuries, and then being told by Mercedes we will not refund any monies on canceled service plan that was never used! Shame on you Mercedes! More

We bought a GLC 300, Beautiful midnight blue with saddle leather. While we were there we both seen a car pull in and it was for sale. It was Hot to say the least! It was a SL 550 with a convertible hard top, with 15K original miles on it. We went back the next day and bought it. 2 cars in 2 days from Andrew. I really liked how he sells, he makes you feel very good in your choices, decisions, and helped us thru every step. I can actually say this was our first time not feeling pressure from a salesperson. I received a call from Andrew the next morning who tried to add additional fees to the sale. I then asked to speak with his sales manager, Joel who called me back five hours later and told me they sold the vehicle to another buyer for more money. Joel told me that his sales associates do not have the power to sale cars and that he is the only person that does. He also told me that he would not reimburse me for my plane ticket. DO NOT SHOP HERE! More
