I communicated with my Salesman, Andrew R. initially by phone. We hit it off immediately. I essentially chose and purchased my car through phone calls and text messages. When I arrived at the dealership, Andrew was waiting outside. He immediately took me to the car and we went for a test drive. Everything was exactly as I expected. After initial paperwork was completed, Andrew took me to the parts department to order seatbelt extensions and to the service department to clarify some questions I had. What a welcoming and friendly group of employees. It did not take long before the Finance Manager was ready. Signing paperwork was quick and electronic. Although I was buying a newer year of the same Toyota make and model, Andrew made sure my phone was connected and I understood the many features of the car. I can definitely recommend this dealership and salesman. More
