My salesperson, Margaret Puzanowska, was absolutely phenomenal. From the very beginning, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth and enjoyable. Buying a vehicle out of state initially had me a bit concerned, but Margaret completely put me at ease and made the entire experience fun, fast, and incredibly comfortable. By the end of the process, she truly felt like family, and I will absolutely be looking to purchase future vehicles with her. The finance department also exceeded all expectations. They secured me an exceptional interest rate that blew every other dealership out of the water — hands down the best financing option I was offered. Napleton’s clearly specializes in high-end, clean vehicles, and it shows. The quality and condition of my car were outstanding. To top it all off, my vehicle was delivered right to my doorstep in a covered trailer, fully detailed bumper to bumper. It arrived absolutely spotless. I couldn’t be happier with my new car, and I’m proud to say I feel like part of the Napleton’s family now. Napleton’s Aston Martin Dealership is a company worth your business if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. They have quality people with your interest at heart from top down. I must however, singl your business if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. They have quality people with your interest at heart from top down. I must however, single out Margaret. I bought a car as a customer from Colorado who had never even been to the dealership. I relied upon Margaret to be my “eyes and ears” and she did not let me down. I now have a vehicle that is one of the most beautiful cars that I have ever owned. I have been blown away by all of the comments that I have received regarding my purchase from people I have never met before. Margaret and Napleton’s checked all the boxes for me, and I have purchased a lot of cars in my life. Someday I hope to stop by the dealership and personally say thanks for the great experience, and of course to give Margaret a great big hug. Check them out. You won’t be disappointed! More

I recently purchased a vehicle at this dealership and upon arrival I was semi impressed. Although renovations were being made at the time, it was a nice dealership and the customer service was great but upon arrival I was semi impressed. Although renovations were being made at the time, it was a nice dealership and the customer service was great but after I purchased my vehicle I received my warranty paperwork in the mail a few weeks later which was not what we agreed to or what I had paid for so I reached out and spoke to the finance department manager who sold me the extended warranty. He agreed there was an error and said they would take care of it immediately but after several weeks later, multiple phone calls and emails I have not received any follow up correspondence from them in almost 90 days. Most of the calls now get transferred to voicemail but never returned. I would be very careful when purchasing or extending your warranty with this dealership because the terms and agreement you pay for may not be what you get and your calls may get ignored once the sell has been completed! More
