Do not buy a car from this dealer! This was the worst experience I've ever had. I'm happy with the car, but the entire staff we worked with are nightmarish! They failed to supply a co This was the worst experience I've ever had. I'm happy with the car, but the entire staff we worked with are nightmarish! They failed to supply a correct odometer reading on the title. To resolve it has taken months. The sales manager, Audrey, was extremely rude and could care less about customer service. Andrew was okay to work with, although mildly not helpful. We received misinformation, rudeness, difficulty reaching managers or administration. They lost our check (cash purchase) and we had to write another check to them, stop payment on the original check, and they had the nerve to say we had to deliver it to them. So much more... More

I have purchased three Mercedes at your dealership since the late 90s and have had all my service for these cars along with the two I had purchased from Fletcher Jones I consider myself a very loyal custom the late 90s and have had all my service for these cars along with the two I had purchased from Fletcher Jones I consider myself a very loyal customer However, with the purchase of this car, I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of by your dealership Other than $500 off for my AAA membership and I think a few hundred dollars off for some other reason that was it for an $82,000 car Yes, the car was ordered for me I was originally told it be four months then when I came in and gave the deposit, it was going to be three months and then it ended up being well over four months When I picked up the car and drove off the tire warning light came on that I needed air in three of the four tires Also, the film applied under the trunk bumper had air bubbles in it so that has to be redone I feel like the car wasn’t properly prepared and checked before I picked it up My salesman, your service manager were very courteous, answered my questions and good that way But I am very unhappy as I stated without getting a proper discount on a sticker price of this car More
