After experiencing my car dying, I found my self searching for a new car. Not only was I dealing with the stress of finding the right car at the right price, but I was also dealing with trying to we searching for a new car. Not only was I dealing with the stress of finding the right car at the right price, but I was also dealing with trying to weed through salesman who wanted to sell me something that I didn't want at prices that were ridiculous. I walked into Taylor Ford, expecting the same selling tactics that i've experienced the previous days. Andrew approached me and could instantly sense my frustration with the whole car shopping experience. From the minute I sat down at his desk, to the minute I drove away in my new car, he made me feel comfortable and made the experience as smooth and quick as possible by working with me and my budget. I would definitely recommend Taylor Ford and more specifically, Andrew Louttit. More

Andrew by far has been the most wonderful salesmen I have ever incountered. As soon as we sat down he was very friendly and was understanding and supportive to my needs in a new car (price, trade in, gas mil ever incountered. After we talked for a bit he pulled around the perfect car for me after a short test drive I was sold. Not to mention during my visit I had my 81 year old grandfather with me Andrew was so kind to him, at the end of the 1st day Andrew gave him a Ford baseball hat and that really just make my grandfather's day and my visit at the dealer ship that much more positive. My grandfather has been buying Fords for thirty years and he made the comment "Andrew was the kindest sales person he has met." Another thing I really appericated was when I picked up my escape Andrew took out so much time to show me all the ins and outs of this car, things I would of never noticed they were there if he hadn't, he also spent a few more moments with me ensuring I knew how to hook up my i pod, which was very helpful. I also left something in my trade in that Andrew was so kind to keep at his desk until I was able to pick it up, you just don't get customer service like that anymore. I plan on buying/leasing all my cars though Andrew from now on. More

After a bad experience at a different dealer, I decided I would try Taylor Ford since I found out they have a large inventory. I entered the dealership and was promptly helped by Andrew Louttit. He listened to what I wanted and was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the vehicle and its options. While the exact vehicle I wanted was proving difficult to find, he showed me a few that were close. For various reasons, I decided not to get those specific vehicles, so Andrew took my information and said he would keep looking. A week or so later he gave me a follow-up call to give me an update on his search. Then about a week later he called again stating that a vehicle I may be interested in came off the truck that morning and he immediately thought of me. I bought the vehicle that day. I was VERY impressed by Andrew. He has a new long-term customer in me and I will gladly refer others to him. More

I called on Wednesday to make an appointment with Andrew and was able to make as appointment the next day - Thursday at 9:30. I told him what kind of car I wanted and the price range I would afford. He was able to get me the Ford Escape that I wanted and could afford. Perry was very helpful with the financing and was able to incorporate the remote start in with my payment. The remote start was installed that same day so I did not have to come back to get it installed. More

My overall experience at Taylor Ford dealership has been a great one! My salesman, Andrew Louttit, went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect on my new Ford Edge Limited. I can tell Andrew enjoys the job he does because, I do not have one complaint about him and he was on point with my purchase every step of the way! In my interaction with Andrew, he never left me hanging. I didn't have to chase him around like I did at other dealerships to get the answers to my questions. He contacted me quickly to keep me updated through the whole process and was very professional. I don't believe I would have bought a new Edge if it hadn't for his hard work and dedication. Because of the experience he has delivered, I will recommend to others Andrew Louttit if their looking to purchase a new vehicle. If it was up to me, I would properly recognize Andrew for his outstanding customer service and give him a raise and/or promote him.
