I knew the car I wanted and I was willing, though less than elated, to drive from Milwaukee WI to obtain it. After my experience with this team, I will gladly come to MN for all future purchases. I have worked with BMW, Saab, VW, Toyota, Subaru and Saturn (first car:) dealerships over the years, purchasing a dozen cars for self and family in total. Andrew and Raven took care of all the details and paperwork before I even arrived. Everyone was timely, amiable and amazingly efficient. I am embarrassed to say Andrew had to come in on his day off to accommodate me, but I didn't figure that out until I got there. The car was in pristine condition (Audi used certified) and exactly as advertised. My total time in dealership was approximately an hour, which is new record for me. Working with Andrew put the fun back in purchasing a car! Love the car, loved my experience with Audi, so grateful to have worked with Andrew! More

Every aspect of their service and every department they offer is truly professional, honest, timely, and caring. After years of going there, I've gotten to know a few of the employees and can confidently say they are all top notch. The dealership itself is several steps above any other and the service I've received is far superior to anywhere else I've gone. Andrew quickly identified what I was looking for, which Audi was most appropriate based on this criteria, and set up a great deal for me. He was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He never attempted to up-sell me, and prioritized what I, as the buyer, wanted in my vehicle. When it came time to execute the purchase, Tammy was prepared and efficient, and the paperwork took about 25 minutes in total. About a week after I picked up the vehicle, Andrew followed up to make sure I had no additional questions, and that everything was going smoothly with the new Audi. I had a great experience with this dealership, and would recommend both the dealership, and the specific employees with whom I worked. More
