Reed Jeep had the only build of a Wrangler that my wife and I desired, in stock. They were the only one within 300 mile radius that had it available. We were greeted by Andrew Horsch, a sales professional and I desired, in stock. They were the only one within 300 mile radius that had it available. We were greeted by Andrew Horsch, a sales professional at the dealership. Andrew and I had conversed back and forth via text's and emails for about two weeks. Andrew was courteous, and very attentive to answer all questions. We presented Reed with a FCA affiliate control number to obtain associate pricing. There was a hiccup with getting the control number to approve. Reed Jeep told us they would work on a resolve for us with FCA. They did, was able to correct the issue and got the FCA approval for our associate pricing. Reed Jeep and Andrew Horsch went out of their way and above normal process of the sale to insure that we got the absolute best pricing on our new Jeep. Very happy we drove the 6 hours to buy from them. More

First time buying on the internet, Reed had the Bought the car of my dreams online- AMAZING! After 18 years I replaced my car with a Jeep Wrangler. First time buying on the internet, Reed had the color and options I was after and the price was the lowest anywhere in the country. Taking a leap of faith, asked if there was damage, or any rattling or nuances-wrong, which Andrew who I was dealing with said there wasn't, I bought it and had it shipped up 5 states away (on my own thru Allied Car Carriers). The Jeep arrived in pristine condition, serviced, CarFax, even had the steering recall serviced, and just beyond my wildest expectations. Andrew was easy to work with, returned texts/calls, and everything was a breeze. The only hiccups were the finance guys didn't return my calls, but they did take action to my voicemails. The manager later even found me some deals and applied them to a comprehensive warranty- added bonus. On top of all of this, their 'fees' were incredibly low, I think under $500- which is not easy to beat if you ask how much it will truly take to get a car off the lot. I'd do it again. These guys are good- what they said was the truth, and when you're buying such a large item many states away without seeing it first- that is all that matters. More
