Had a good purchasing experience but the service department was poor. Wanted 1200. to replace the awful rear camera with mold behind the lens a week after I bought the truck. I bought the OEM camera that is over 300 at ford for 59. Ford dealerships wanted 199. per hour. It took me about 45 minutes to complete the job. Screwing the customer never works well. More

My experience at Rodman Ford was beyond exceptional. I first visited out of the blue and Jim was more than happy to take me on a test drive despite not even having an appointment. I then returned a wee I first visited out of the blue and Jim was more than happy to take me on a test drive despite not even having an appointment. I then returned a week later to bring him my Sports Bronco after a very very fair deal was initated including a trade-in. The Business Manager was also very quick and it hardly seemed as though I was waiting long compared to my last experience purchasing a car almost 11 years ago out of state.
