I did quite a bit of research on the safety, features, options and financing available in the market. After having test drove almost 10 vehicles and getting quotes from multiple dealers (which was no small feat), once we meet with Andrew our mind was made up. His no pressure approach was exactly what I needed to make up my mind. He even stayed late that evening to provide us with the numbers we needed to make our decision. He was able to provide us with a great deal and a Kia Soul I am very happy with. More

Of course a Kia can just about sell itself, but I haven't bought too many new cars and I felt a little overwhelmed in the days leading up to coming in. Andrew obviously has confidence in any Kia, and he communicated trust in me to pick the right car for myself. He gave me tons of information , compared different options and welcomed my questions. It's surprising how quick and smooth buying my new car was. I drove it home that day. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, knowlegable, and relaxed. Not even a hint of "hard sell" in the whole place! While everyone I dealt with at Lupient Kia in Brooklyn Park was helpful, I left feeling that I chose my car and decided I was ready to purchase it. That feels great and I'm proud of it. Now I'm having fun driving my beautiful new Kia. More
