Poor service all the way around! No one new what was going on, I had to deal with a total of 3 sales men, 2 financial people, there were 3 different bill of sales. Easiest car-buying experience ever! After finding the vehicle I liked online, Andrew Gaudette answered all of my questions. Since I was pre-approved for financing, Andrew was even able to give me my best vehicle I liked online, Andrew Gaudette answered all of my questions. Since I was pre-approved for financing, Andrew was even able to give me my best price before I even took time to head to dealership. Upon arriving there I saw that everything he said about the vehicle and the pictures were very accurate. Finance did a great job and found me a better rate than I was pre approved for which was a nice surprise. Even though I was also “speaking with” that dealership that advertises no dealer fees, the true out the door price for similar used vehicles was $3000 less at Greenway even though it was a year newer. Definitely recommend. More

One headache after another with dealership & Used Car I do not recommend this company. I was there for 5 hours - Finally we agreed on this 2015 Ford Edge and this car was supposed to be Certified. If a ca I do not recommend this company. I was there for 5 hours - Finally we agreed on this 2015 Ford Edge and this car was supposed to be Certified. If a car is certified, you would think everything would have been checked? First when purchasing the car, we agreed on one price monthly plus my trade in and 1,000. They allowed me to take home the car, which after i felt was a ploy to get you to buy the car no matter what they say when you return. The finance guy called me a few days later and asked me to give him a call. I did and he was not available, but the sales guy told me to come in to fill out some papers. When I arrived, I waited 2 hours to see someone in finance - meanwhile I heard them telling the next person their payments were going to be raised. When I finally got some help, the finance guy was saying in fact my payments were higher. I had to sit through 5 people trying to change my mind to accept the new monthly amount, which I had already told them the first day I would not. After hours again that night, they finally adjusted the difference - after me asking for my old car back many times and my down payment. I was supposed to get a call from the sales guy to bring it back for the coding on the window. However, still have not 3 months later. While just paying my 2nd payment now and my sunroof will not close. I took it in for service at 1 PM yesterday and was told it would possible be Friday before an update. Terri the service guy stated, he would call with an update yesterday and I did not receive it. I had to text him and ask for one. He then said they still had not looked at it. I texted again today since I have no car and he stated they had not looked at it yet and would let me know shortly. By 2 PM I got a TEXT to say it was the sunroof rails and those are not covered. It will cost $2,161.07. Shouldn't this be something talked about over the phone? I had to ask him to call me. Who has this money sitting around when they just put a down payment on a car that should have all be checked? Again, just into my 2nd payment and 3 months having the car. Your experience buying a new or used car should be exciting and I can't help but feel taken advantage of with a car now I can't even use the sunroof. Meanwhile this is one of the main reasons I purchased the car so my daughter could enjoy it also in the back seat. I am so dishearten when I experience my concerns and the service guy over the phone and he just asked if I wanted to be transferred to the sales manager. No one really cares about you once you give them your money. Needless to say, now I will have to keep my sunroof closed until I can fix it who knows when. Again just 3 months into having it. I will not purchase another Ford again especially from this location. More
