I was told awhile back to never buy a car off of Grand Ave. After going to Grand Subaru my thought process has changed. Most Sales Consultants can come off pushy and jerkish, but wasn't like that. I liked how he tries to give Sales Consultants a better name and give the customer a better buying experience. One of the things I like about this dealership was they are very big on customer service and that helps with the overall experience. The financial guys were great has well. My experience at Grand Subaru was smooth and pretty painless and actually enjoyable. If you are out in the market to get a Subaru I highly recommend giving this dealership a shot. More

Our salesman Andrew Galvan was fantastic from the moment we inquired about the car we were interested in. It was a busy Saturday and he was yelling multiple customers. But we still felt attended to and that our presence was important to him. He had the car ready to test drive the second we walked in. He was no xx (in a good way) when it came time to talk numbers. We weren’t absolutely certain we were going to buy a car when we went to the dealership but Andrew’s service pushed us over the edge and we ended up getting our dream outback for a price we’re incredibly happy with. The finance manager Andrew Jennings was also excellent. Also no xx (in a good way). He was fun to work with, worked quickly, and we could tell he was looking out for our best interests. I can’t recommend this dealership enough. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. More

We even met some of the maintenance techs to look the car over and once again, top notch people. Last week we needed to get our title expedited and it was sent as promised within two days. This dealership really is a top rate place to work with. We dealt with Afiza, and Andrew in sales and Al in finance and they were all excellent.
