Andrew did a great job. Highly recommend anyone to use him as a sales person. I was given a great value for my trade in. Everything went smoothly except for when I took my truck back to fix a few things. I told them my fuel filter needed changed the life was at 50ish%. Alec checked and told me it had never been changed and wa back to fix a few things. I told them my fuel filter needed changed the life was at 50ish%. Alec checked and told me it had never been changed and wanted to charge 175 bucks for a filter. I declined but when I got back to pick up my truck the filter life was reset but the filter was not changed. I didn't appreciate that. Sales side Andy and Adam did an amazing job of getting me the things I asked for and taking care of the deal. I felt very comfortable the whole time, not pushed at all. I will highly recommend the Kelley team to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
