I have been leasing and purchasing BMW's since 2020 from this dealership. They are absolutely amazing on every level. They are always extremely pleasant to deal with and make the purchase stress free. Ji this dealership. They are absolutely amazing on every level. They are always extremely pleasant to deal with and make the purchase stress free. Jim & Jeremy the managers are always available to assist with the purchase. Phil the salesman is amazing and will completed make you feel at ease. I must also give kudos to the service department which is equally amazing. They keep you abreast of their progress and will always reach out to you for approval before a repair. It is always easy for a competitor to beat a price but when it comes to customer service this dealership is above and beyond. I have recommended them to many folks and they also feel the same. When dealing with these folks you can always expect to get an honest deal and superior customer service. More

Recently purchased a Certified X3 M40i from BMW of Fort Washington. Had the pleasure of working with Andrew, Jim, and Bill. The entire process was great. Andrew took me out for a test drive and walked me t Washington. Had the pleasure of working with Andrew, Jim, and Bill. The entire process was great. Andrew took me out for a test drive and walked me through all the features and the history of the vehicle. Jim worked out a great deal on the vehicle and Bill walked be through all the warranty and protection options. I will certainly be returning to BMW of Fort Washington for my next car! More
