The service was exceptional. I was greeted by Amber who was awesome. Very friendly and courteous. I had a few questions about my car and was able to talk to the Shop foreman Ke I was greeted by Amber who was awesome. Very friendly and courteous. I had a few questions about my car and was able to talk to the Shop foreman Keith. He answered all my questions and took the time with me until I knew exactly how to use my car. Did not address my concerns about issues with electronics other than quick check of codes. Poor mpg just brushed off as you are just on the bottom of range. It is 10 mpg below the 2022 I had. I’ve been using the service center at Hyundai of Saint Augustine for over 15 years. They are always very professional and it’s nice to see that they’re in a brand new building.
