I bought a Certified 2018 Ford F-150 from Fort Collins Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram on July 25, 2025. Within two days it was rattling on cold starts. Their service department said nothing was wrong. I went to a Ford dealer — confirmed cam phaser failure in writing. I sent a refund demand. No response from any manager. The warranty they sold me refuses to pay the full repair cost and is stalling for an inspection. I’ve driven the truck for only four days total since purchase. If you value honesty and post-sale support, look elsewhere. More
