No complaints - everyone was professional, courteous and friendly as one might expect. There were various times of waiting before it that too is expected In that kind of situation , especially since I didn friendly as one might expect. I only was irritated at finally getting to the point of actually paying for the car to then be presented in the midst of a succession of documents to sign, a complicated list of possible extended warranties that had to be completed right then - no chance to think about the options. Since I had been sitting and waiting for some time, it seems that perhaps that choice of warranties might have been presented to me when I did have some time to ponder over the choices. More
