they found me a vehicle that was specked pretty close to what we wanted. the car was delivered to our home clean. we would have liked a more thorough understanding of how things worked but the dealership be what we wanted. the car was delivered to our home clean. we would have liked a more thorough understanding of how things worked but the dealership bent over backwards to give us a thorough training session when we asked for it. extra accessories were provided in a timely fashion. though not an issue for us I believe it would be helpful to staff to have appropriate direct Volvo participation in handling winter tire requests. it was tough for them to understand our needs in that regard, as a matter of fact I would like Volvo to contact me personally to discuss this issue. I live in the mountains with the driving through 1' to 2' of snow is common and all season tires do not fit the bill More

We purchased a new Volvo EX30 on Sunday the 18th of May. Our salesperson, Bailey Church was most helpful and knowledgeable about the car and our needs. The car was ready and waiting for us and we were shown the car and tech by Carl (I am sorry, I forgot his last name). Both of these gentlemen were a pleasure to deal with and thorough in ensuring we were well taken care of. We brought our 2022 S90L in for service on the 19th of May and were helped by service advisor Matt. He was very helpful with our needs which were not too many but concerned us. Matt was able to get our new EX30 in and install a clear cover and arrange for me to drop the EX off and pick up the S90 on the same day, allowing me to come down from above Auburn only the one time. The service on the S90 went very well and the technician (and I don't recall his name either), went over the service and details of the car in the video. I have nothing but praise and respect for Niello Volvo during the purchasing phase and the few services we have had. We shall continue to be Niello customers and may need a new Volvo in the future.
