Maddie Shjerven O'Connor got me in there with a low key but persuasive pitch (and she's not even in sales!). Then Andrew was patient and helpful every step of the way from guiding me through the paperwork to showing me how to use all the fun new functions on my beautiful new car. Customer Service Had excellent service from Andrew when we went in and bought a new Outback. Very impressed that when we got it home it wouldn’t start (dead battery) a Had excellent service from Andrew when we went in and bought a new Outback.
