The dealership is the most UNPROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. I had mercedes serviced for just a check up and 8 days later they still were not providing proper updates. Upon completion of the vehicle they were extremely rude, totally money oriented, and there was absolutely no quality customer service what so ever. I have 2 other sports cars very high end. I would NEVER EVER BRING THEM TO THIS DEALERSHIP!! THIS DEALERSHIP IS SO EXTREMELY BAD, IT IS SO SAD. More
