Upon arriving, I was warmly greeted by Andrew, who took the time to understand my needs and preferences. He listened attentively, which made me feel valued as a customer. Title: Deceptive Practices and Poor Service Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience with Acura of Pembroke Pines. On May 16th at 9:00 PM, I purchased a vehicle because the dealership was c ★☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience with Acura of Pembroke Pines. On May 16th at 9:00 PM, I purchased a vehicle because the dealership was closing. They promised to give me a loaner car the next day and said they would keep my car until it was fixed, estimating it would take approximately five days. On May 17th, I returned the car to have the mechanical issues taken care of. They called me on May 24th, and I picked up the car on May 25th. However, the mechanical problems were not fixed. I called their office to return the vehicle, and since May 25th, they have had the car, claiming they are working on it. During this time, they promised to transfer me into another vehicle. They initially tried to get me to buy a different vehicle three times the cost of my original purchase. Then, they brought me a second vehicle, which was two times the cost, and a third vehicle, also two times the cost. I went from a vehicle that cost me $13,000 (a 2016 model) to vehicles they wanted me to purchase that would cost $35,000. I made it clear I was not willing to spend more than what I agreed to initially. They finally gave me a loaner car. However, when I informed them I would report them, I have not heard from them since, and I still have their loaner car. I am unsure what to do or who to complain to, so I am writing this review to warn others. The dealership assured me they would take care of any mechanical problems, which was a major factor in my decision to buy the car. However, once I signed the papers and brought the vehicle back for repairs, they refused to address the mechanical issue I reported on the day of purchase. The car was kept for five days, but instead of fixing the crucial mechanical problem, they only changed the windshield wipers, brakes, and tires. This did not resolve the core issue that I initially brought to their attention. I feel deceived and let down by their lack of transparency and unwillingness to fulfill their promises. I would caution others to be very careful and ensure any issues are addressed before finalizing a purchase with this dealership. More
