We were treated well in a dealership that clearly focuses on customer service as a core part of their culture. Fred Sims was our primary sales consultant and he spent an extra ordinary amount of time with us as we spent a few months to determine exactly what we wanted. From the moment you meet him you know there are no games - just a good person working hard at something they are good at. He gave great info, kept in touch but never pressured us. We negotiated a very fair price with Fred and the Sales Manager Kevin Frank. Valley was very competitive with a lower offer I had received elsewhere and ultimately I was comfortable paying a few dollars more to work with the right people at Valley. Fred had a personal issue and let us know he was going to be out and his counterpart Andrew Becker stepped in to assist, was just as easy to work with, and the process never missed a beat. We ultimately closed out with Mario Morath in Finance who was efficient and helpful in finishing the process and providing a fair price for the extended Honda Care. We finished our journey with Fred who went above and beyond in going through final delivery of the vehicle. I wouldn't hesitate to strongly recommend Valley, Fred, and the rest of their team to anyone interested in a superior product at a competitive price. More

I left the dealer and Andrew is an amazing sales person and went above and beyond to help me with the purchase of my brand new 2017 Honda CR-V ex awd. I left the dealer and came back because I had multiple cars I was looking at, but the only car my trim had been sold by the time I got back so he went above and beyond and found my car for me and had it brought to his dealership, had my add ons added, and communicated with me multiple times during the process. My car was at the dealership and ready within a week which was exceptional since they hadn't had it and had to find it and add additions to it. I will definitely be recommending this dealership and Andrew for their amazing job. More
