I received a friendly and helpful greeting the moment I walked in and within a minute I was introduced to Andrew Baier, my salesperson. He was also super friendly and helpful. I shared what I was interes walked in and within a minute I was introduced to Andrew Baier, my salesperson. He was also super friendly and helpful. I shared what I was interested in and details about my trade and within a few minutes I was test driving my new truck while they obtained the appraisal. Within 5 minutes of my return I got the offer for my truck and we were talking numbers. This process was quick and there was zero pressure. Andrew then presented the numbers to me and and I was pleased. I shared that I wanted to think about this overnight but after a few minutes, I took the deal and closed it the next afternoon. An easy, zero pressure event and I felt well treated. Best buying experience ever and I've had good ones in the past. Thank you Andrew! More
