The finance manager Moe even does the hokey "oh, I forgot, first time Kia Buyers get the special warranty rate of $38 a month instead of the $220 a month he was trying to sell me! They should all be working a sideshow at a fair. Ultimately-its a shame on me. I should have never gone back to the Sheisters! More

Allen was our sales guy who did a pretty good job, but the rest of the experience was not good. No one in there knows what's going on when you have to come back in for anything. My fiancé and I bought a the rest of the experience was not good. No one in there knows what's going on when you have to come back in for anything. My fiancé and I bought a car that had a crack in the windshield that they said they would fix. When she showed up for her appointment, they didn't have her on the schedule and couldn't tell her what was going on. Someone finally told her a 3rd party would be handling it they should be there at some point. After the install, she asked about the packet of paperwork they said they'd have for her. They told her they didn't have anything showing what she paid for the car and couldn't help her. We'll never buy from this place again. 2 months later: After receiving the finance paperwork in the mail, we understand why they didn't want to give us the paperwork while we were there. The finance guy told us he gave the warranty at "no extra cost".... meaning he lowered the interest rate (so the monthly payment wouldn't change) and charged us for the warranty we said we didn't want. We went back to the dealership and of course they played dumb. Told us they would take off the warranty, but still haven't seen a change in the payment or total owed after almost 2 months. When we call them, they tell us the finance guy we delt with isn't there and he'll give us a call.... that never happens. Not sure why he's the only person that can fix this. God forbid he quits. More

Not once did they show me around the dealership, lounge, service dept or offer me a water, coffee or even say hello when I walked in the door for my appointment. Funny how they advertise their pride of offering the "red carpet" treatment on their website. I spent 54K on a new car and I'm still getting emails from their people asking me to make an appt. They dont have a clue. More
