Andres Torres was an absolute amazing salesman. He is very knowledgeable about the industry and the vehicle I purchased. He and Luis the Sales Manager worked very hard to get me my exact car and it was delivered on my Birthday which was a very special surprise for me. I was trying to chase the exact car I wanted in a 500 mile radius and I drove hundreds of miles for months which I had a hard time locating one with everything on it, several dealers told me I couldn’t order one then I went back to Lexus of Pembroke Pines and Andres and Luis said I could have one ordered. I was so happy and it was perfect. Purchasing my vehicle from Lexus of Pembroke Pines went so smooth from the beginning Luis and Andres took excellent care of me and made sure I was happy every step of the way.
