I went to Honda on Grand to get my oil change, tires rotated, and my safety recall fixed. When I went, they said they didn’t have the parts to fix my safety recall. After my service, I left and took the ten minute drive home. On my drive home, my hub cap fell off on the side of the highway. When I called Honda after I realized it, they told me they needed to “check the cameras” to make sure I even came with one on my tires. After I retraced my steps, I found my hub cap on the side on the highway and retrieved it. I went back to honda and ask that they reinstall it and make sure that each hub cap was installed correctly. I am just disappointed that the service was not done right the first time and I needed to search for my hub cap when it was their fault it wasn’t installed correctly. Additionally, I wasn’t really believed when I called back to ask about it. More

i had a oil change appointment and it took 2 hrs to complete. The service person, Andre, was rude when asked why its taking 2 hrs for an oil change when i had an appointment!
