The actual purchasing experience was fine. Mostly professional. The finance manager is fine, certainly not the friendliest. I live in NYS, and had bought the vehicle by corresponding with Jens Albrecht. I had to fly to Boston on a Saturday to get it. Even though my flight was delayed several times, he was very accomm corresponding with Jens Albrecht. I had to fly to Boston on a Saturday to get it. Even though my flight was delayed several times, he was very accommodating, and stayed in contact with me all that day.
