Is it possible to really like, almost love an automobile dealership. Well, in the case of. Wellesley Volkswagen it is. I can't speak highly enough about the experience I've had dealing with them. The staff is all professional, courteous, friendly, and welcoming. Sometimes I just stop by to get a cup of coffee and say hello. First, let me tell you about Andreas who is the sales person I worked with.. He actually listened to me and made a recommendation based on what he heard. And what a great recommendation. I love my Tiguan SE Rline so much that I now have two of them. And Andreas was anything but a pushy salesman. After my first visit with him, I told him I had to think about the transaction. He said he agreed, instead of trying to badger me to make a sale that day, he said yes think about it and let me know if you have any questions. He seemed as genuinely interested in talking about world affairs and experiences we had in common, as selling a car. In fact, I almost had to prompt him to get the sale done. But once the process started, he was extremely helpful throughout. I also need to give a shout out to the service department, particularly Alisha and Mike. Again, they are both courteous and professional. They will go to all lengths to explain what service is needed and not try to oversell anything. In fact, Mike was instrumental in getting two new tires for me under warranty. And Alisha also make sure to get me the best price on any service that was necessary. She went out of her way to make sure I had a complimentary Uber or was comfortable in the waiting area. In this day and age when service is robotic it is refreshing to deal with humans who really want to serve their customers. And I would be remiss to not mention Eli in the finance department. I have had such bad experiences after purchasing an automobile and then going into the dreaded finance department and walking out feeling like I need to take a shower and/or get a second mortgage. Eli did not try to oversell anything. He very quickly and knowledgeably got me the best possible lease deals, etc. I would highly recommend Wellesley Volkswagen to anyone who is in the market for a VW. More
