Bad customer service I bought a used mini cooper which had 11k miles on it and it broke down on the middle of the road after 10days of buying it. When i called MINI of Ram I bought a used mini cooper which had 11k miles on it and it broke down on the middle of the road after 10days of buying it. When i called MINI of Ramsey to get the nearest dealer they just said they are helpless and can't do anything with the car or they can't get any info about the nearest dealer.
