Alex Kraft promised three free oil changes and even signed a paper with this info, but when I got home that particular paper isn’t with the rest of the papers good thing I videotaped the conversation because it was one lie after another. I’m sure the BBB will be interested in what I have to say and what I recorded. We were told the financing was being handled by one company and then get an email and it’s a different lender. I was totally screwed. Traded in 3 vehicles and didn’t get one cent for the third trade in. The only thing I’ll recommend is for people to not go there. How do these people stay in business? I can’t even write all that I want to say. Getting this survey is pissing me off because it’s bring up memories of how we were screwed.
