Had a great experience buying a used SUV at this dealership. Our salesperson, Andrea Crosby, was phenomenal. She was friendly, polite and respectful throughout the whole transaction, and is an exper dealership. Our salesperson, Andrea Crosby, was phenomenal. She was friendly, polite and respectful throughout the whole transaction, and is an expert on Mazda vehicles. There were no games, everything was very transparent. I believe the salespeople at Hodges are not commission-based. As with any big purchase we wanted to do our due diligence. Andrea went above and beyond by accommodating all our requests including a 3rd party used vehicle inspection, and always found a way to arrive at solution that everyone was happy with. We met a couple of the technicians during our visit and they were also very helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up with a very clean used vehicle at a good price. They even threw in several free oil changes for the future. Easily the best Mazda dealership in the area. More

My husband and I have bought four vehicles from the Mazda Hodges Dealership and always use them for our vehicles service . The entire team is friendly , honest , professional and efficient . Most especially we love working with Rodney and Andrea . We truly feel like we are considered valued customers . I have a close friend who works in a Mazda dealership 1500 miles from this location who I love and is like family to us . Since we are close I never hesitate asking about my cars potential needs or ongoing care his honest opinion of our local Hodges is also very favorable to their business ethics and customer service dedication . Andrea in sales was wonderful! It was nice not having to deal with a man ‘splaining things:). The finance guy tried to upsell, of course. Gap insurance for $22/month?
