It’s your typical dealership scam in the service department. Claim they are the best and “trustworthy” but they pull the same stunts With all customers. Wheel bearing cost was going to be $1,400. I do not think that Washington Ford provides a good return on investment. $58.00 for wiper blades, $26.00 for a light bulb, $210.00 for 20 lug nuts! Worst customer service I’ve ever experience. They had my car for 3 weeks and refused to help me get a rental car because the car rental company they used “didn’t have any rentals available” for They had my car for 3 weeks and refused to help me get a rental car because the car rental company they used “didn’t have any rentals available” for the entire 3 weeks even though I paid extra for a package to get me a rental car for the exact scenario I experienced.
