Went to Honda of Staten Island for oil change and fuel pump recall. Spoke to Tom Cacace who said he would take care of it. Had my car out at time he quoted, called me to say it was ready. Andre is the star Honda dealerships need. My family has leased from Honda previously and loved our 2015 CR-V. Coming to the end of our lease Honda left us little incentive/deals to go back but My family has leased from Honda previously and loved our 2015 CR-V. Coming to the end of our lease Honda left us little incentive/deals to go back but we were given a great deal by management and the deal was followed through by Andre who made sure we were taken care of. We were there at the end of this month which means a lot the models were low in stock of specific colors but ended up with a great deal! Being that this is the first lease in my name, it took a lot of time to get out of the dealership so our dealer Andre took his time and to show me all the new features, assisting in my Bluetooth set up and showing me the new features like brake hold which I loved! More

Andre Aoun is a fine and honest salesperson. My car was recently totaled when another driver completely blew a 4 way stop sign. I had a very good experience buying from Andre Aoun last year and went back to him. Again, very reassuring, no pushing, no promises, no trying to steer you to anything that you can't afford or don't want. He honored the offered sales price from my insurance company, which was $3,000 less than the dealership's listed price. Again, no gimmicks, no fast talk, and no trying to push you into something that does not suit you. Andre is not your stereotypical "car salesman". More
