Donovan and the team I dealt with exceeded all of my expectations. My desires were high. They met and exceeded them. In past years I have always dealt with GM/Chevrolet dealers. Since this experience, I would start with Donovan for any used vehicle search. In recent years I have worked with a Seattle broker. I could have saved time, vehicle price, and zero shipping using Donovan instead. And I truly "love" the vehicle I bought. I NEVER write this sort of review.
