He is going to go very far in life and this I told him. I owned the moorings yacht sales and brokerage and was dealer for 5 yacht manufacturers. After selling my company in Ft. Lauderdale I sold waterfront homes to those same customers that needed a home for their yachts. I know a good, caring and aggressive sales agent when I see one! When I walked in the doors it appeared there were 10-12 mainly male sales people standing around looking lost.
