Not only was she knowledgeable about many aspects of the business, she sincerely wanted me to walk out of there happier than when I had walked in. She definitely succeeded in making my day but not in the traditional sense of assisting me with the car purchase but yet making sure that she was with me the entire process...making sure that I was okay or if I needed anything at all along with making sure I was aware every step of the way about the progress of the events leading up to my purchase. She not only made the process carefree and painless , she made it fun which a lot of car buyers can no longer say due to extenuating circumstances.
