I cannot tell you how impressed I am with Jenkins Kia of Ocala. Amy made my reservation, listening to my expectations. Amy chose Sheriff as my Sales Professional ( that was an awesome decision). Sheriff listened and made sure she knew what I was looking for. Sheriff made this happen. She was focused on my needs. I can’t say enough good things about her other than you will be really happy you went to her. To finish up the other person I really do have to commend is the Manager Nate. Not only did he make sure I was happy with my purchase, I saw him interact with all customers. This is not your every day car dealership. This group at Jenkins Kia of Ocala is outstanding. Amy, one of their Internet specialists, was very nice in assisting me while looking for a new Kia Niro. Due to their lack of inventory I looked out of state and reserved one at MSRP. Amy reached out to me a assisting me while looking for a new Kia Niro. Due to their lack of inventory I looked out of state and reserved one at MSRP. Amy reached out to me a few days later letting me know that they received a Niro (in the exact trim and color combo I have reserved, nonetheless) and I swung by to take a look at it! My salesperson was a newer guy and showed me the car however we never test drove it. They had a $34k vehicle marked up to $49-THOUSAND. The sales manager Guy Rodas offered to remove $3k to 'help'. I would have never swung by here if I had known they would mark it up 69%. Friendly folks but their prices are mind-boggling. More

My second purchase from Jenkins Kia of Ocala. First time was a brand new Kia Sedona. Second is a preowned 2020 Ford F250. They had exactly what I was looking for and the transaction went smoothly.
