Comfortable experience My husband and I stopped in on a Saturday, semi-serious about replacing his truck. He had spoken online with Matt prior to making the 2 hour trip fro My husband and I stopped in on a Saturday, semi-serious about replacing his truck. He had spoken online with Matt prior to making the 2 hour trip from our home to Weiss Toyota. That day we couldn't meet on numbers, but Matt promised he'd work his hardest to get my husband in the truck he wanted at the price we wanted. We had to "walk" that day, but didn't leave feeling defeated or like we were a waste of the dealership's time. A couple of days later Matt called my husband and apparently has magical numbers fairies working alongside him. We picked up our truck the following Wednesday. Of course, my husband is in love with the truck. I'm just grateful that the experience wasn't one where we felt pressured, toyed with or like 2nd class citizens. Even during the tent event where we signed the paperwork and took possession, everything was easy, friendly and fun. Paperwork is always a chore, but Amy in finance kept us laughing. She explained everything in total detail, moved as quickly as possible through it and even worked a little extra magic to keep costs reasonable and give us what we needed. More

Great first time buyer experience My 21 year old daughter and I went into Weiss Toyota just to look around for a new car for her. Paul greeted us and told us which cars were new and us My 21 year old daughter and I went into Weiss Toyota just to look around for a new car for her. Paul greeted us and told us which cars were new and used. We told him we were just looking and not planning on getting anything that day. He worked with us for a couple of hours, explaining the benefits of a new car verses a used one, leasing rather than buying, etc. He patiently answered all of our questions. We ended up leasing my daughter a new 2015 Corolla that she absolutely loves. Paul & Brett were extremely helpful. They did a great job explaining everything so my daughter understood it all since this was her first "adult" purchase. When it came time to go over the financing part, Amy was absolutely fantastic. Aside from being very thorough, she was a lot of fun. Thanks to all of you for making my daughter first new car experience a great one! More
